Memphis-born third baseman who grew up in Southaven, Mississippi, starred at DeSoto Central High and passed on Mississippi State when the Braves took him 41st overall in 2015; he won the 2021 World Series and has made two All-Star teams. In November 2021 he came home for a Silo Square fundraiser for a child advocacy center, and Beans & Leaves put up a life-size cutout of him. In August 2026 Marietta Melt Yard posted his visit. As a travel-ball kid he hit up every Cracker Barrel for Grandma's Pancake Breakfast, and in 2026 he helped create the Broadside Lager brewed at Truist Park.
