Born in Opelousas, Louisiana and raised in Richmond, Texas, he starred at Oklahoma before the Cowboys drafted him 17th overall in 2020. A Chipotle connoisseur, in the Dallas Morning News's words, he got his own CeeDee Lamb Bowl in Chipotle's 2022 88 Club campaign alongside Cowboys No. 88 legends Drew Pearson, Michael Irvin and Dez Bryant. In June 2026 he worked the bar for charity at The Guest House in Scottsdale; he has also hosted charity bowling at Main Event in Frisco and thanked Pizza Hut for a draft-night pie in 2020.
