Thousand Oaks, California, native from Westlake High, the Marlins' 2010 first-round pick who was traded to Milwaukee for 2018, won that year's NL MVP and two batting titles, and now captains the Brewers; he is one of five players to hit for the cycle three times. He's good friends with Carnevor's owner and pops in "all the time" (Visit Milwaukee calls it his favorite downtown steakhouse), and he invested in the 3rd St. Market Hall food hall. He reunited with old Marlins teammates at The Capital Grille in 2018, worked a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Pewaukee for the team's Kindness Week, picked Jack's American Pub on Brady Street for the 2022 "This One's On Me" fan bar tab, and once ate Chipotle 142 days in a row in the minors.
