Lake Barrington, Illinois native from St. Viator High School and Notre Dame who grew up a Bears fan and has played for them since they drafted him in the second round in 2020. He was among the veterans at Caleb Williams's pre-draft dinner at Sophia Steak in Lake Forest in 2024, and in the 2025-26 winter he fronted Giordano's "Da Bears" pizza, a limited deep dish honoring the 1985 team with meatballs, pepperoni and giardiniera.
