Jacobsburg, Ohio native who did not play organized football until his sophomore year at Union Local, starred at West Virginia and went to the 49ers in the fifth round in 2020. At home in Belmont County his breakfast spot is Schlepp's, and his favorite meal is the country fried steak at the St. Clairsville Cracker Barrel. He has been a regular at the House of Prime Rib's linemen's dinner. During Super Bowl LX week in 2026 he worked a guest barista shift at Andytown Coffee's Front Street kiosk.
