Greenwich, Connecticut native raised in Elmsford, New York (Greenwich Country Day, Canterbury, Brewster Academy) who played at Louisville, went 13th to Utah in 2017 and became an All-Star before the 2022 trade to Cleveland, where he is the franchise guard, 'Spida'. As a Jazz rookie he ate a Ruth's Chris steak nearly every night until a 2018 diet overhaul, and at Louisville he was a chicken-and-waffles regular at Darrell Griffith's Griff's, which closed in 2018.
