Plano, Texas native who played center at UCLA, signed with Miami as an undrafted free agent in 2016 and came to the 49ers in 2021, becoming their starting center. He grew up in a musical-theater family and likes bass fishing. In January 2024 he was among the offensive linemen honored at the House of Prime Rib's 37th annual linemen's dinner on Van Ness Avenue, which owner Joe Betz has hosted since 1987.
