Grilled-cheese restaurant and nonprofit on Minnehaha Avenue in Minneapolis that trains and employs people who were formerly incarcerated. Eric Kendricks called it one of his favorite spots, delivered the Vikings' social-justice grants there and had a fried egg, bacon and strawberry jelly sandwich named in his honor.
