A South Philadelphia shop on 9th Street, open since 2013, where the dough is mixed by hand and the mozzarella pulled fresh, and the cheesesteak line runs long. In 2025 new Eagle AJ Dillon and his wife, Gabrielle, made it the first Philadelphia stop for Dining with the Dillons, ordering a cheesesteak, pizza and cheese fries.
