Curry's first hospitality venture: a 40-seat, reservations-only bourbon bar inside the Westin St. Francis, built with Michael Mina's Mina Group around his Gentleman's Cut bourbon and a six-course cocktail omakase. It opened in October 2025 beside Mina's revived Bourbon Steak, with a grand-opening party that drew the mayor, Dominique Crenn and E-40.
