The Bosphorus-side institution in Emirgan, a dairy-shop-turned-restaurant famous for Turkish breakfast spreads, menemen, kaymak with honey and rice pudding, open from dawn to past midnight. Şengün says it's his first stop whenever he comes back to Türkiye, because nobody makes breakfast the way they do here.
