Cleveland's oldest restaurant, a Little Italy institution on Mayfield Road since 1918, still family-run. During the 2020-21 season Nance wore Guarino's apparel into games and donated matched game-worn-jersey auction proceeds to it as part of his campaign to keep local businesses alive through the pandemic.
