Jefferson Park's Creole institution since 1969, gumbo and shrimp creole in a white-tablecloth room. Jordan's foundation calls it one of his favorite LA restaurants and tapped it to cook 200 meals, chicken creole and his own pick of veggie jambalaya, for MLK Community Hospital workers in 2020.
