The Pearl's big, buzzy French brasserie from three French expats, serving coq au vin, bone marrow and raclette-topped sandwiches under a soaring ceiling. The co-owners say Wembanyama has dined in twice and orders takeout with his family; his go-tos are the Bayonne ham sandwich with melted raclette and the bone marrow with chimichurri.
