The original Pinkerton's, a Texas barbecue restaurant on Airline Drive in the Heights that now has a second Houston location and one in San Antonio, serving brisket, ribs and sides until they sell out. Former University of Houston defensive lineman Logan Hall named it among the Houston spots he couldn't wait to revisit when he signed with the Texans in 2026.
