The Pit Room's Memorial restaurant on the Katy Freeway, the second home of the Montrose barbecue joint, serving traditional black-pepper Texas barbecue plus breakfast tacos and a grill menu seven days a week. In October 2026 it welcomed Texans first-round guard Keylan Rutledge to "The Pit Room family," announcing a partnership after he stopped by here to make it official and eat some barbecue.
