The Black family's Barton Springs Road pit, opened in 2014 by twins Mark and Michael Black, serves Central Texas brisket, beef ribs and sausage cafeteria-style off the meat counter. The Falcons took Bijan Robinson here after his 2023 pre-draft workout in Austin, weeks before they drafted him eighth overall.
