The original Chimes, at LSU's north gate on Highland Road, a Baton Rouge tradition with Louisiana cooking and one of the city's biggest beer lists. Asked in 2019 for his favorite Baton Rouge restaurant, Joe Burrow answered "Chimes, for sure": a shrimp po-boy with a cup of gumbo. Ja'Marr Chase was his LSU teammate.
