An 11,000-square-foot sports bar and contemporary American restaurant taking over the long-dark former Scotty's Brewhouse space at Pennsylvania Street and Virginia Avenue, from Ambrosia Hospitality Group. Haliburton, who became friends with owner Dan Cage as a regular at Ambrosia, is the project's investor-partner; it was slated to open in the fall of 2026.
