DeSoto, Texas native who starred at Texas A&M, was Super Bowl 50 MVP with Denver and later played for the Rams, Bills and Commanders before coming home to the Cowboys at 37. He runs Greener Pastures, an organic chicken farm in Elgin whose birds supply Irving's halal Kafi BBQ and his delivery wing brand WingRiot, and he gave fullback Hunter Luepke a stake in the company for the No. 40 jersey. As a Bill he raved about Mulberry's Italian food, as an Aggie alum he took orders at the Dixie Chicken in 2017, and on the road he eats at Erewhon in Los Angeles.
