Salahodeen Abdul-Kafi's halal Texas barbecue joint in Irving's Valley Ranch, opened in December 2024 and open on weekends only, serves Texas barbecue made halal, including a $25 pasture-raised chicken. Its chickens come exclusively from Von Miller's Greener Pastures farm, and Miller visited in February 2026 to taste them.
