The original BuffaLouie's, a wings-and-burgers spot in the historic Gables building on South Indiana Avenue at the edge of Indiana University's campus. In 2025 owner Ed Schwartzman created the Mendoza Brothers Burger with quarterback Fernando Mendoza and his brother Alberto, a Cuban-style smash burger with ham and Swiss raising money to fight multiple sclerosis; Fernando came in with teammates to taste-test it.
