Serigne Mbaye's James Beard-winning modern Senegalese tasting menu, now in a bigger Leonidas Street home with a patio and an à la carte option. In February 2025 Dakar hosted a $300 wine dinner where CJ and Elise McCollum walked two seatings through their Heritage 91 wines alongside a four-course Mbaye menu; each guest left with an autographed bottle.
